All items are handmade and made to order. Because of this, processing times and price may vary.
Customization
Items can be customized by size and color. Please ensure all personalization details are entered correctly at checkout. I am not responsible for errors provided by the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of items, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, materials and production may have already begun.
Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
Care Instructions
Each item should be handled with care. Washing and care instructions will be provided when applicable. I am not responsible for damage caused by improper care.
